(Barguzin Bay, Maksimikha village).
	Issues to be discussed at the conference: Structure, kinematics and dynamics of operating mechanisms; Dynamics, strength and reliability of machines; Mechanics and control of walking machines movement; Processes modelling, automation of research and design of mechanisms and machines. The working languages of the conference are Russian and English. For participating in the conference you should submit: Registration card; Articles (max 2 pages) in two copies; Articles (max 2 pages) in two copies; Deadline for submission is April, 15, 2003.

Instructions for thesis form

1. The text up to two pages A4 size, all pictures and bibliography included, should be printed on white A4 (210x297) size sheets in two columns (110x170mm) using Word for Windows, Times New Roman 11 point; interval - minimum. Pages needn't be numbered.
2. Start the articles in upper left corner, with the title in capital letters, and not indented. The first author's name and affiliation (abbreviated) in small letters should be immediately below the title list followed by the name(s) and affiliation(s) of any other authors. Then leave a line before beginning the text of the article. The first line of the first and all other paragraphs of the text should be indented 3 spaces.
3. Leave a line before giving the reference list titled "Bibliography" (if needed).
4. El. version of the scientific articles should be sent via e-mail: . Two copies on white paper, laser jet printed, should be sent to the Organizing Committee.
5. The Organizing Committee reserves the right of not publishing those papers which contain evident deviations from the conference theme and other requirements' violations as well as the ones which reached the Organizing Committee later than the deadline for submission or have no electronic version.
